Governor Rauner to Pay Tribute at Lincoln Pilgrimage

Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner will attend the 72nd Annual Lincoln Pilgrimage on April 30, 2017 to pay tribute to our favorite president, Abraham Lincoln.

Few governors over the last 72 years have not been the key note speaker at some point in their career, but it is unusual for a sitting governor to attend.  Governor Rauner has made a point of showing up where young people are, whether it is City Basketball Tournaments or local eateries.

We are looking forward to hearing the governor and hope that you will join us on Sunday, April 30th for the Lincoln Pilgrimage at Oak Ridge Cemetery.  The Sunday program begins with a memorial service at the War Memorials at 10, and the Lincoln Pilgrimage at noon.

Registration can be made above for weekend events or for the Sunday Program and parade at the link above.
